How do I track my package?

Does MAAZ Products test on animals?
MAAZ Products does not test their products on animals, nor do we have any other parties, for example vendors or suppliers, test on animals on behalf of MAAZ Products.

All MAAZ Products are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.

MAAZ Products are free of parabens, phthalates, and sodium lauryl sulfates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide for your convenience. Orders shipping outside of US will normally take up to 10-15 days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to our extremely fast shipping, we will not be able to cancel orders after they are placed. Your order is immediately processed and shipped.

If I received the wrong product, can I return it?

If my product is on back-order, can I still purchase it?
Yes you absolutely can. By placing an order, you reserve your product and once we are back in stock, we will send your MAAZ product to you right away!
Where are your products made?
All of our products are made in USA.
Can I leave the masque treatment overnight?
Yes. Make sure to rinse the treatment thoroughly if left overnight.
Can I use the smoothing balm on dry hair?
Yes. You may use the smoothing balm through the day to tame frizz and smoothen.
Can I use the silk oil on damp hair?
Yes. Using the silk oil on damp hair will help reduce dry time and maintain frizz.
